We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product was shipped.
Return or Exchange
We accept return or exchange of products. Our policy lasts 15 days after the product is delivered. You will be eligible for a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving the product and if it meets with the terms outlined in this policy.

Returns or exchanges Costs
BeautyCarePersonal will pay for the return of the product, and in case of an exchange, it will also pay for the delivery of the product. In both cases, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
Under no circumstances will a partial refund be issued if the customer keeps the item.
In case of requesting a return, refund or exchange, you must return the item to us, we will evaluate its condition and proceed to the decision whether or not to request a total or partial refund.
